Peppermint and black spruce bring a cooling, refreshing sensation, while lavender calms and soothes. Copaiba and frankincense offer deep, grounding support, roman chamomile and clove add warmth, and arnica-infused coconut oil rounds out this powerful yet gentle blend. A little goes a long way — just massage into legs, calves, and feet before bed and let the blend do its work overnight.
